Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Hrid"

The area of 26.80 ha, included within the Plan's boundary, occupies the northern slopes of Trebević, the area above the city bypass, including the areas of the old settlements of Turbe, Hrid, Trčivode and part of the forest land called Gaj. The coverage starts from the intersection of Iza Hrida and Kamenica streets and along the traffic direction of Naline street reaches in front of the Jarčedoli Cultural Center. In the other direction, the boundary includes the city bypass and the future route of the collective slope traffic road planned by the Urban Plan of the City. The street regulation of the Sarajevo mahala from the Ottoman period has been expanded many times and disrupted by unregulated accesses and the construction of newer buildings. The spatial planning concept of the Plan is based on the following guidelines: - in empty and underutilized areas (within the scope of the given purpose from the Urban Plan of the City) to plan plots for individual construction with appropriate new street regulation in accordance with and in line with the existing environment - in the Trčivode area to improve the standard of housing by solving the appropriate utility infrastructure. - improve the standard of existing housing throughout the area to the extent possible - plan reconstruction and replacement of dilapidated building stock with a realistic improvement of the transport network. - plan the existing devastated building and plot of the school in Gaj for adaptation and development in the function of sports and recreational facilities. - plan the private plot of meadows and orchards of the Nišan viewpoint for a recreational area modeled on the former function of the space with as little construction as possible. - preserve the cable car corridor from any construction - if possible, provide certain locations for commercial construction in the function of providing an economic basis for the rehabilitation of the settlement.
