Cartographic information of the indicative maps of immovable properties (HTR), at the time of the initial registration._x000D_
The information was submitted by the Immovable Property Registration Office, with the letter, no. 4030/12 Prot. Dt. 11.09.2014. By letter no. 11182/5 Prot. Dt. 17.10.2024, 110 other Cadastral Zones of the initial registration were added. The data are not in conformity with the standard with the Council of Ministers No. 321, dated 27.04.2016, On the Approval of the Document “State Standards for Technical Specifications of Geospatial Information in Albania - Topic: Cadastral Parcels”. Because the information is from the initial registration period, it does not present the updates and transactions carried out since the moment the zone entered the initial registration system. Cadastral Zones of the territory of the Republic of Albania registered in the DCD during the period 2022-2025 have also been added. These data are in accordance with the standard with the Council of Ministers No. 321, dated 27.04.2016 and are identified with special symbology on the map.
