The spatial coverage of the area of 1 ha is limited by an irregular polygonal contour and is located in the territory of the Ilijaš Municipality. The spatial organization concept is based on providing urban and planning prerequisites for the construction of individual residential buildings in accordance with the existing natural conditions and equipping the site with the necessary network of traffic and utility infrastructure. The proposed urban design plan plans the construction of 14 individual residential buildings with a floor area of 1 SP, covering the largest part of the coverage, and one residential-business building with a floor area of 1 SP.
