The register of real estate prices of the Federation of BiH, both to the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Property Legal Affairs, as well as to the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH and local self-government units, is in the service of providing appropriate information on the real estate market and the existing system of taxation of real estate transactions. Data from the Real Estate Price Register are collected and maintained by tax offices and local self-government units on a central database in the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Property Legal Affairs. The main goal of the Real Estate Price Register is to record legal transactions related to real estate transactions and planned monitoring of prices and analysis of the real estate market and public insight to provide all participants and investors in the real estate market in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina with easily accessible data on realized prices and other characteristics of real estate in different locations and time periods. The information system of the Real Estate Price Register exchanges data with the cadastre, the address register, the register of citizens, the register of business entities, and is service-integrated into the business processes of the Tax Administration of FBiH.
