Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Bojnik II"

The area of 159.7 ha belongs to the administrative territory of the Novi Grad Sarajevo municipality. To the east it borders the area of the Regulatory Plan "Bojnik Dobroševići", and to the north to the area of the Regulatory Plan "Ahatovići". On the north side of the Plan there is an area designated as forest and agricultural land, on the west side there is forest land, and on the south side there is an area designated as special purpose, according to the Spatial Plan of the Sarajevo Canton for the period 2003-2023. The aim of the Plan was to adopt an implementation plan basis for the area that, according to the development plans, is mainly intended for individual housing construction. The Plan provides for the possibility of new construction while maintaining the existing housing construction, the construction and reconstruction of the transport infrastructure is planned, as well as the construction of the primary and secondary network of utility and energy infrastructure, and the equipping of the settlement with social infrastructure facilities capable of the Local Community level. The construction of a new primary school is planned in the central part of the area. Central activities (social and commercial facilities) are planned in the planned facilities on Butilska Street, in the area that would represent the Local Community Center, as well as in the ground floors of the planned and existing facilities. At this location, on Butilska Street, the construction of sports fields is also planned. The planned reconstruction and equipping of the area with communal and social infrastructure and the definition of conditions for the rehabilitation of unstable terrain provide a planning basis for implementation on the ground in order to improve living conditions in this area.
