Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Economic zone Semizovac"

The spatial entity of 14.90 ha, included in the Plan boundary, is located in the settlement of Semizovac, Vogošća municipality, immediately next to the eastern side of the M18 Sarajevo - Tuzla main road, in the area of the former "Enver Šehović" barracks, along the Ljubina River. Considering that the buildings of the former barracks, due to devastation, are mostly not in function, the concept of spatial organization is based on a new matrix of the distribution of buildings according to the principle of forming a modern economic zone. The economic zone represents a spatially and functionally connected entity with individual facilities connected by common traffic and other infrastructure. It consists of 27 construction plots, of which 22 are intended for economic facilities, 2 for business and 3 for social infrastructure facilities.
