The area of 22 ha, included in the Plan's border, is limited to the south by the Southern Longitudinal route, to the north by the left bank of the Miljacka River, to the east by the V Transversal route and to the west by the VI Transversal route. Given the importance of this area for the City, in the context of socio-economic needs, as well as the existence of an old, years-old landslide that separates Gradačačka Street at the foot of the slope and Safeta Hadžića Street in the front part of the landslide, whose current activity threatens the stability and safety of residential buildings in Safeta Hadžića Street, the spatial organization concept of the Plan proposes emphasizing three general features: - a pedestrian zone along the Miljacka River - a central pedestrian zone - a connection area between the Aneks settlement and the Čengić Vila III settlement A pedestrian path stretches along the left bank of the Miljacka River as a continuation of it from the eastern and western parts of the city, along which a linden alley is formed. Along the pedestrian path, facilities are provided in dots that complement it in terms of offering and giving identity to individual parts of the path. In the central part of the settlement, using existing facilities, a pedestrian zone is being formed that tends to bring together all residents with facilities for all populations. The connection area between the Aneks settlement and the Čengić Vila III settlement represents the rehabilitation of active landslides, which was used both for the construction of new facilities and to solve parking problems, while also establishing a connection between the two aforementioned settlements, enabling the residents of the Aneks settlement to use all the facilities planned in the area of the Čengić Vila III settlement.
