The area covers 107.08 ha and includes parts of the administrative territory of the Novi Grad Sarajevo municipality. The planning area is limited: to the east (northeast) by Kanara Street and the slope towards Lukavička Road to the south, to the west by Safeta Hadžića Street, to the north by the streets: Ferida Srnje, Kodžina and Novopazarska, and to the south by Lukavička Road. The spatial organization concept is based on the following: - providing urban and planning conditions for the formation and protection of the city park-forest from illegal and unplanned construction, - introducing, in addition to those already implemented or in the implementation phase, new facilities intended for sports, recreation and culture, which are envisaged by the Capital Project "Revitalization of the Mojmilo Park-Forest", - maintaining the existing volume of the existing construction fund, with the possibility of new construction, - rehabilitation, reconstruction and construction of the utility infrastructure network, - planning a network of internal roads that will serve the purpose of servicing and full accessibility to the park's facilities and existing individual housing facilities, - rehabilitation and stabilization of the Mojmilo hill terrain (by landscaping and greening steep slopes and areas where landslides have been recorded in order to prevent further erosion and denudation of the slope). The plan also plans the construction of a cultural center, with the announcement of an international competition for the development of a conceptual architectural and urban design, or the construction of one or more facilities with facilities in the function of a Park-Forest.
