The area of 23.9 ha, included in the Plan boundary, is located in the municipality of Novi Grad, between the XII transversal to the east, the Šamac - Sarajevo railway to the north, the Rajlovac-Alipašin Most - New Railway Station branch and the railway triangle (Mostar junction) to the west and the New Railway Station - Alipašin Most - Blažuj railway branch, to the south. The following areas are included in the considered area, intended for: 1. Economic and small business zone 2. Residential, craft and production zone 3. Individual housing zone 4. Highway protection belt zone. Only industrial facilities whose production process does not endanger: water, soil and air. In order to protect against noise, green areas and tree lines with an aesthetic protective function are planned on all plots. This greenery also represents a buffer zone towards neighboring areas.
