Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Gazijin Han"

The area of 169.9 ha included in the Plan boundary is generally limited on the north and east sides by the boundary of the individual housing zone marked 1.3.-1. Gazijin han, on the south side by the scope of the Protected Landscape "Bentbaša", on the west side by the Vratnički bedem and Sedrenik Street. The scope includes individual residential construction grouped in several locations: Obhodža, Škaljića sokak, Gazijin han, Strelište, Baruthana, Hladivode, Brusulje, Hadžinska ravan and Emerovice. The content of the Plan is to review the existing situation, add social infrastructure content and review spatial possibilities for new construction and conditions for retaining existing facilities, extensions, and building overs, all in accordance with the Study on engineering and geological characteristics of the terrain.
