The area of 7.50 ha included in the Plan boundary is limited to the southeast by the spatial unit of the RP "Gradina 1", and to the northeast, northwest and southwest as the boundary described in Article 2 of the Decision on Accessing the Development of the Plan. By analyzing the spatial possibilities and limitations in the space, 84 plots were formed for the construction of residential buildings, 1 plot for a social infrastructure facility and 2 plots for sports and recreation. The plots meet the criteria prescribed by the Decision on Accessing the Development of the Plan, as well as the prescribed distances, coefficient and percentage of construction, which improves the quality of life in these buildings (larger yard, greater distance to neighbors...). There are 80 individual residential buildings, with 1 floor, and 4 collective buildings, with 1 floor. From the east, the subject area is accessed by the existing macadam road, which needs to be reconstructed in order to meet the standards. Within the scope itself, and in accordance with the terrain configuration, an access road is planned, from which a secondary traffic network is formed, serving all urban facilities.
