Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Banovac"

The area of 32.33 ha included in the Plan boundary is located in the northwestern part of the spatial unit of the Sarajevo Canton, in the territory of the Ilijaš municipality. It is limited to the east and north by buildings built along Novo naselje Street, to the west by the Bosna River bed, to the north by the Gnionica stream, and to the south by Hašima Spahića Street. The aim of the Plan was to harmonize planning solutions with newly created conditions and needs that emerged during the previous implementation of the planning act that was in force, and due to the impossibility of implementing parts of it. The traffic solution was changed on a part of the primary road, the regional road R-445 (Bosanski put), at the intersection with the main railway line Šamac-Sarajevo (railway corridor Vc). The intersection was solved above ground in the form of an underpass, so that the regional road at this location passes under the railway line. The proposed Urban Planning Solution plans the construction of 12 residential buildings, 13 residential-business buildings, 2 business buildings and 1 sports facility. The plan also envisages two underground garages and one garage building - replacement of the existing building stock due to changes in the traffic solution. Two zones have been defined for the development of a separate Architectural-Urban Planning Solution.
