Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Doglodi"

The area of 96.3 ha included in the Plan boundary is bordered on the northeast by Bojnička Street (XIII transversal), on the southwest by the "Dobrinja" stream, and on the southeast by the Butmir Agricultural Estate. Administratively, it belongs to the Ilidža Municipality. The subject area has the form of flat terrain and is classified primarily as stable terrain. The urban design solution treats the subject area as a residential zone, with the integration of new facilities into the existing structure of the settlement. The Plan envisages the reconstruction of the existing traffic and utility infrastructure, with the construction of a new one in order to improve the quality and connectivity of the traffic and infrastructure network. The adopted Plan plans the construction of 260 new facilities, of which 238 individual residential facilities in the form of freestanding or duplex houses, 19 residential-commercial facilities, 2 commercial facilities, and 1 social infrastructure facility.
