Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Bolyakov potok"

The area of 88.0 ha, included in the Plan boundary, belongs to the administrative territory of the Novi Grad Sarajevo municipality. To the east, it borders the area of the Regulatory Plan "Buća Potok II", to the west with the Regulatory Plan "Vitkovac", to the north partly with the spatial unit "Park šuma -Žuč" and the spatial unit of the Buća Potok City Landfill, and to the south the Plan boundary is defined by the route of the planned City Highway, i.e. the area of today's Safeta Zajke Street. The aim of the Plan was to adopt an implementation planning basis for the area that, according to the development plans, is mainly intended for individual residential construction. The Plan provides possibilities for new construction while retaining the existing residential construction, the construction and reconstruction of the transport infrastructure is planned, as well as the construction of the primary and secondary network of utility and energy infrastructure, and the equipping of the settlement with social infrastructure facilities capable of the Local Community level. These facilities are planned to be dispersed within the scope of the Plan, mainly in the ground floors of newly planned buildings. The construction of a new primary school is planned in the central part of the scope. The planned reconstruction and equipping of the area with communal and social infrastructure and defining the conditions for the rehabilitation of unstable terrain provides a planning basis for implementation on the ground with the aim of improving living conditions in this area.
