Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Nedžarići I"

The area of 7.5 ha, included in the Plan's boundary, is bounded to the east by Lukavička Road, to the south by Južni Longitudinal, to the west by XI Transverzal, to the north by Aleja Bosne Srebrene Street. The coverage is divided in the central part by a road into two parts that are defined by the existing purpose of the space. In the northern part, the entire block between the roads is occupied by central activity facilities: the Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, the Gerontological Center (within the perimeter of which is the renovated original house - a cultural and historical heritage object) and a business facility with several different users. The southern block between the roads is entirely built with individual housing facilities. The Plan maintains the existing condition with a defined possibility of replacement, new construction, and expansion of existing facilities where there are spatial possibilities in accordance with the purposes already represented in the Plan's scope.
