BASIC INFORMATION

Core identification information for the metadata record
Regulatory plan "Briješće"
Bosnia and Herzegovina (bih)

The area of 161.4 ha, covered by the Plan border, belongs to the administrative territory of the Novi Grad municipality. To the east it borders the area of the Regulatory Plan "Vitkovac", to the west with the Regulatory Plan "Sokolje", the Regulatory Plan "Individual Housing Rajlovac" and the Regulatory Plan "Rajlovac III", to the north there is the spatial unit "Park šuma - Hum", to the south Safeta Zajke Street. By analyzing the existing situation, and considering the entire territory as a whole and its position in relation to neighboring settlements, the basic concept of spatial organization emerged, which is based on the following assumptions: - Planning solutions represent the rehabilitation of the existing situation, and by planning the reconstruction and equipping of the area with communal and social infrastructure, and by defining the conditions for the rehabilitation of unstable terrain, living conditions in this area will improve. - The settlement of Briješće continues to be maintained as a settlement where individual housing construction mainly dominates, but collective housing construction is also present. - According to the development plan and in accordance with the adopted concept of the urban system, and the structure of the center level for the spatial unit Briješće, the contents of the social infrastructure (commercial and social activities) will be planned at the level of the local center and the local community center. - Social infrastructure is planned in the buildings on Franje Kluza Street, as well as in the ground floors of existing and planned collective construction buildings, in the area that would represent the Local Community Center. - A Local Center with residential and business buildings and social infrastructure facilities is planned on the site between Brezanska and Izeta Karšića Streets. - Due to intensive illegal individual construction, some planned traffic corridors have been usurped, and for these reasons this Plan offers a new traffic solution within the boundaries of the scope, taking into account the traffic connection with the contact spatial units, i.e. respecting the primary traffic network defined by the development plan. - The construction of the "Briješće" reservoir is planned in the northern part of the Plan's scope.
