The area of 222.9 ha, included in the Plan's border, borders the settlements of Otes and Doglodi on the eastern side, the settlement of Osjek on the western side, the Sarajevo-Kiseljak expressway on the southern side, and includes the area between the expressway, the Željeznica River and the Bosna River to their confluence, then further northwest it includes the branch and confluence of the Zujevina River, and extends on both sides along the Bosna River up to approximately 300 m north of the confluence of the Dobrinja Stream into the Bosna River. Administratively, it belongs to the municipality of Ilidža. The area in the scope has a mostly flat terrain form and is classified as stable and conditionally stable terrain. The primary factor that determined the urban design of the plan, and the spatial axis and divider within the scope in the north-south direction is the Bosna River, as well as its tributaries. In order to connect the river banks and create an integral traffic network, 4 bridges over the Bosna River are planned, two over the Zujevina River and one over the Željeznica River. Along the Željeznica River and further along the Bosna River, sports, recreation and park green zones with continuous pedestrian and bicycle paths are planned on both sides, which are connected to the tourism and recreation zone in the far northeastern part of the area, where an artificial lake with parks, walkways, sports fields and hotel facilities is planned. On both sides along the Bosna River, a residential and business zone is planned with block access where there were spatial possibilities, while peripherally, on the border with neighboring spatial units, there are zones of individual housing with existing facilities, integrated with new facilities, facilities and infrastructure. Social infrastructure zones are arranged in the southern and northeastern parts of the area, where opportunities for the construction of schools, health centers and other facilities have been created, while the needs for service and commercial activities can be met within the residential and business zone. Energy facility zones are planned in the southern and northern parts of the area in order to meet the needs of the entire settlement. The adopted solution plans a total of 591 new facilities, of which 297 are individual residential facilities, 258 residential-business facilities, 24 commercial-catering facilities, 9 social infrastructure facilities, 2 heating plants and 1 business facility.
