Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Uglješići - Phase B"

The area of 27.7 ha is located on the slopes of the Žuč hill. It is connected to the A-phase of the same Regulatory Plan. The eastern border of the subject area is the settlement of Ugorsko-Menjak. Administratively it belongs to the Municipality of Vogošća. The spatial organization of the Plan is based on defining the spatial scope through the predominant purpose of housing, and through the formation of an individual housing zone (100 individual residential buildings, SP1 floor area, which cover the largest part of the scope), a residential-business zone (10 residential-business buildings, SP2 floor area), and social infrastructure facilities (2 buildings), which are considered as accompanying content in the residential zone. Green areas within the scope are protected greenery zones (forest land) and planned green areas. They are formed in the form of smaller or larger groups of selected tree and shrub species, harmoniously composed with each other as well as with the terrain conditions and buildings, which gives the overall ambience a natural feel.
