Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Butmir" - amendments

The area of 116.19 ha included in the Plam border is limited to the north by the protective zone of the Sarajevo International Airport, to the west by the newly constructed Ilidža - Hrasnica road, to the south by the newly designed road (Bumirska bypass) and to the east by Aerodromska Street. By analyzing the current situation and considering the entire territory as a whole, considering its position in relation to neighboring settlements, Ilidža in the northwest and Sokolovići in the northeast, the proximity of the Sarajevo International Airport, the importance of the newly planned road "Butmirska zaobilaznica", the basic concept of spatial organization emerged, which is based on the following assumptions: - the Butmir settlement continues to be maintained as a settlement where mainly individual residential construction is represented, - the interpolation into the built matrix of new individual residential construction, as much as spatial possibilities allow, and residential construction with social infrastructure facilities at the local community level, - the achievement of better traffic connections of the settlement in relation to the City and Canton of Sarajevo, and main routes, - the plants for the production of prefabricated building elements "SIGMA", are planned for relocation.
