The area covered by the Plan boundary, with an area of 16.1 ha, is limited to the north by the route of the South Longitudinal, to the south by the bank of the Miljacka River, to the east by the route of the VI Transvezile, and to the west by the route of the V Transvezile. Through a conceptual solution in relation to the existing situation, the Plan proposes to emphasize three general moves, namely: 1. - solving the acute problem of stationary traffic 2. - forming a street facade towards the South Longitudinal 3. - a pedestrian zone along the bank of the Miljacka River 1. Given that the municipal traffic infrastructure has not adequately followed the high coefficient of development of the space, the construction of underground collective garages solves the main problem of this settlement, as well as corrects the unbalanced percentage of green areas. 2. The construction of the “Bosmal” skyscraper imposes the necessity of adequate treatment of contact areas, which is materialized in the formation of a street facade towards the South Longitudinal from residential and commercial buildings as a continuous continuation of the same with the neighboring spatial units of Hrasno, Aneks and Mojmilo. 3. A pedestrian path stretches along the left bank of the Miljacka River as a continuation of the same from the eastern part of the City, along which the Linden Alley is formed. Along the pedestrian path, there are dotted facilities that complement it in terms of offering and giving identity to individual parts of the path.
