The area of 32.30 ha included in the Plan's boundary is limited to the east by Donja Jošanica I street, i.e. the spatial unit of the RP ''Uglješići'' - ''A'' phase, to the west by the Šamac-Sarajevo railway, to the north by plots along the Semizovac-Pretis industrial railway and the regulated riverbed of the Vogošća River, and to the south by the streets Donja Jošanica I and Donja Jošanica II. The concept of the spatial organization of the ''A'' phase of this Plan (together with the ''A'' phases of the neighboring plans: RP ''Uglješići'', RP ''Ugorsko-Menjak'' and RP ''Barice''), is based primarily on providing urban and planning prerequisites for the implementation of section I of the transversal from the Kobilja Glava Tunnel to the Vogošćanska Interchange, and then for new construction and integration of the existing building stock. In this sense, the spatial organization concept, in addition to the determined route of the I transversal, as well as the solution of the transport network of the wider locality and their harmonization with the same, plans are made to build a larger number of individual and collective residential buildings with accompanying social infrastructure facilities, then equip the locality with a network of communal infrastructure, with the implementation of adequate technical measures for the rehabilitation and stabilization of the terrain. The proposed solution plans to build a total of 116 new buildings, of which: 75 individual residential buildings, 36 residential and residential-business buildings of collective housing and 5 social infrastructure buildings (culture, education, sports and recreation). The planned primary traffic matrix for this spatial unit consists of the I Transversal and the railway line connecting the Sarajevo Putna spreko Vogošće station with Semizovac. The secondary network of roads consists of vehicular-pedestrian roads whose main goal is to connect the main sources of traffic with the transport network, i.e. settlement roads, i.e. internal roads within spatial zones and which are in the nature of city streets.
