Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Individual housing Rajlovac"

The area covers 23.66 ha and includes parts of the administrative territory of the Novi Grad Sarajevo municipality. The planning area is limited to the east and southeast by the spatial units of Briješće and Sokolje, to the west and south by the main road Stupska petlja-Vogošća (Krivoglavci), to the north by the agricultural land zone and the spatial unit of Zabrđe. The concept of spatial organization of the area considered by this Plan is based on the following assumptions: - interpolation into the built matrix of new individual housing construction and social infrastructure content at the local community level (with an assessment of the possibility of retaining the existing housing stock), - achieving traffic connectivity of the settlement in relation to the main road and settlements in the contact zone (Sokolje, Briješće and Zabrđe) and equipping the area with utility and energy infrastructure. Within the scope of this plan, zones with the following purposes have been defined: - individual housing zone (makes up the largest part of the area covered), - residential and business zone (buildings built along Safeta Zajke Street), - green zone (green areas next to individual housing and residential and business buildings, greenery within the recreation center, protective greenery, cemetery and linear greenery along roads), and - settlement road zone.
