The area of the Regulatory Plan "Vitkovac" is limited to the north by the city sanitary landfill, to the south by the route of the planned city highway, to the east by the Regulatory Plan "Boljakov potok", and to the west by the area of the Regulatory Plan "Briješće". This is the southern slope of Briješko Brdo, with an altitude interval between 505 and 675 m above sea level. The total area of this area is 72.0 ha. The settlement of Vitkovac was formed along Safeta Zajke Street, Vitkovac Street, Ragiba Džinde Street, Paljevska Street and Jusuf Juke Gojak Street. The Plan covers mainly free-standing individual residential buildings, and social standard facilities are poorly represented. This is confirmed by the fact that the population satisfies its needs in this regard exclusively in the domain of daily supply. Since the terrain is mostly steep, the planned buildings can be built in a cascade, and thus fit better into the terrain, both in terms of better slope stability and in terms of the organization of living space and the aesthetic design of the slope. The construction of an elementary school, kindergarten and a multimedia youth center is planned, where various extracurricular activities for youth can be carried out, as well as cultural activities for the entire population of this location. As part of this center, an open amphitheater is also planned, together with a water surface (fountain), where various cultural events can take place during the summer months. The elementary school will meet the needs of the school-age population and the gravitating number of students from the surrounding areas (Briješće, Boljakov potok) with its capacities. When developing the solution for the new, secondary (settlement) network of roads, maximum care was taken to respect the existing, existing state of the terrain. Based on the urban and traffic solution, a conceptual solution for water supply and wastewater and stormwater drainage, as well as other phases of the Plan, and their connection to the utility and infrastructure network in the adopted contact zone plans, was provided.
