Metadata Details: "Brezovača" subdivision plan

The spatial scope of the area of 2.93 ha is located at the Brežovača site in the territory of the Hadžići municipality. The spatial organization concept is based on providing urban and planning prerequisites for the construction of a tourist complex with accommodation facilities and accompanying amenities, respecting natural values and existing vegetation, as well as the conditions imposed by the topography of the terrain. The proposed solution in the scope in question plans the construction of: 40 facilities (accommodation facilities), 1 business facility (info desk), 1 business facility (restaurant with accompanying amenities), a sports and recreation area, and a green zone where construction is not allowed.
