The area of 45.3 ha included in the Plan boundary is located in the administrative territory of the Ilijaš municipality, west of the Ilijaš Center. It is limited to the west and northwest by the Bosna River, to the south by the Misoča River, and to the east by the Šamac - Sarajevo railway. The higher-level plan designates the area included in the Plan boundary as a zone of economy and small businesses. Generally speaking, two zones appear as a result of small-scale privatization, as follows: - production-business - industrial In addition to these, which are most represented in terms of space, there are also zones that are represented in a smaller scale by area, such as: - revitalization zone/area - traffic areas - wastewater conditioning zone - water management belt The entire area is supported by the traffic network that forms the backbone of the urban solution and, as an existing element in the space, with certain additions, enables the smooth functioning and supply of the planned zones - functions in the space. The transport solution includes motor, pedestrian and rail routes, which enable the quality supply of raw materials and the shipment of finished products.
