The area of 43.9 ha included within the Plan boundary administratively belongs to the Municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo. On the west side it is limited by the Regulatory Plan "Individual Housing Rajlovac", on the south side by the Regulatory Plan "Briješće", on the north side partly by the Regulatory Plan "Zabrđe" and the coverage of protective greenery and parks, while on the east side it borders part of the Regulatory Plan "Briješće" and the spatial unit "Park šuma - Žuč". The aim of the Plan was to adopt an implementation plan basis for the area that, according to development plans, is mainly intended for individual housing construction. The Plan provides for the possibility of new construction while maintaining the existing housing construction, the construction and reconstruction of transport infrastructure is planned, as well as the construction of primary and secondary networks of utility and energy infrastructure, and the equipping of the settlement with social infrastructure facilities capable of reaching the level of the Local Community. Along Numan Paše Ćuprilića Street, a multi-purpose facility is planned, which would constitute the Local Community Center with the necessary facilities for central activities: financial services, service activities, catering, trade, kindergarten with a children's playground, culture.... Along with the "Sokolje" elementary school, the construction of a sports and recreation center is planned, i.e. sports fields - handball, five-a-side football, basketball, volleyball, both for the needs of school students and other interest groups. The planned reconstruction and equipping of the area with communal and social infrastructure and defining the conditions for the rehabilitation of unstable terrain provide a planning basis for implementation on the ground in order to improve living conditions in this area.
