The area of 24 ha, included in the Plan boundary (area of the Municipality of Centar Sarajevo), is bordered on the north by Dejzina Bikića Street, on the south by Alipašina Street, and on the north-west by Šipska Street. The terrain in the subject area is relatively favorable for construction and ranges from flat terrain, gentle slope, to a steeper slope. In general, the terrain slopes from the northwest to the southeast, where the central part is funnel-shaped with a slope on both sides. The urban design solution treats the area predominantly as a residential area, with the integration of new residential and residential-business buildings into the existing structure of the settlement. The plan envisages the reconstruction of the existing ones, and the construction of a new road in the central part of the settlement in the northwest-southeast direction at the foot of the funnel-shaped terrain configuration, the purpose of which is to equip the infrastructure and connect the settlement. The adopted Plan envisages the construction of 37 new buildings, of which 34 are residential buildings in the form of individual houses or terraced houses, and 3 residential and commercial buildings in the northwestern part of the area, which provide the possibility of equipping the settlement with the necessary social infrastructure.
