Metadata Details: Regulatory plan for the residential area "Musići" Hadzići

The spatial coverage of 2.6 ha is located near the residential settlement Musici, Municipality of Hadžići. The terrain is hilly and mountainous. The concept of spatial organization is based on providing urban and planning prerequisites for the construction of individual residential buildings, the formation of landscaped green areas and equipping the site with the necessary network of traffic and utility infrastructure. The proposed solution plans to build a total of 29 residential buildings, of which: 27 are free-standing buildings and 1 duplex. The facilities of social infrastructure (central activities) with facilities that will be in the function of the newly planned residential settlement can be implemented in the basement or ground floor of the planned residential buildings.
