Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Centar Ilijaš"

The spatial unit of 29.4 ha, which forms part of the central zone of the urban center of Ilijaš, is located within the boundaries of: the Šamac - Sarajevo railway line to the west, the Misoča River to the south, Hasima Spahića Street to the north, the individual housing zone to the east and the partially planned route of the regional road Semizovac - Ilijaš. The area covered by the Plan represents a built urban unit, so that interventions in the space are aimed at: - replacement of the building stock, - interpolation of individual buildings on vacant locations, - upgrading, extension, reconstruction and redesign of existing buildings. - introduction of new and improvement of existing green areas As this is a central municipal settlement, an area in which a regional center is to be formed by a higher-level plan, in addition to changing the structure of the content, it is necessary to locate appropriate deficient capacities for individual functions. Significant spatial capacities for commercial facilities within residential and commercial buildings are planned. The plan also envisages the conversion of residential space into commercial. The deficit of space for the needs of municipal authorities, PTT traffic and health services was resolved by upgrading existing facilities and building new ones.
