The Register of Business Entities is a record of business entities and their parts. The said Register includes all business entities, i.e. all legal and natural persons and their parts, which have been entered by the competent registration authorities into special registers kept by these authorities or have been established by laws, decisions and other legal acts published in official gazettes. The Register of Business Entities records business entities and parts of business entities that have their registered office in the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the possibility for business entities to have their parts throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina, regardless of the origin of capital.
