The area covers 137.11 ha and includes parts of the administrative territory of the Trnovo municipality; it is an undeveloped site along the Grkarica-Trnovo Regional Road, bordered by the existing road to the villages of Prečani, Ostojići and Obla Brda. For this site, the Trnovo Municipal Council adopted a Decision on 12 March 2015, determining that the construction of tourist resort facilities is of public interest. This also represents the first phase of the Regulatory Plan ''Sports and Recreation Center Bjelašnica-Donja Grkarica-Prečko polje-Kolijevka'' (''Official Gazette of the Sarajevo Canton'', No. 12/2015). The concept of spatial organization is based on providing urban and planning prerequisites for the construction of a tourist resort with accommodation facilities, supporting facilities for central activities, as well as equipping the site with the necessary network of transport and utility infrastructure. The proposed solution plans to build a larger number of residential buildings for tourism, then to build buildings for apartment and hotel accommodation, and to build commercial facilities. In the center of the settlement, the construction of a shopping - business center and the construction of a hospital (with other facilities for the function of a hospital) is planned. The construction of facilities for sports and recreation is planned on the western side of the observed site, where a sports and recreation center has been formed, with the construction of a sports hall and a football field with two auxiliary fields (one of which is planned as a universal sports surface and which in the winter can serve as an ice rink or a snowmobile driving range). The construction of a sports hall and a football field with two auxiliary fields is planned in the western part of the settlement. In the designated sports and recreation zone, the construction of facilities is not allowed - except for vertical transport facilities (cable cars and ski lifts), areas for sports and recreation, then pedestrian paths, areas for children's play, etc., with the installation of urban furniture. In accordance with the configuration of the terrain, smaller tracks for skiing and sledding are planned.
