The area covered by the plan boundary is 58.25 ha. The basic assumptions of the spatial organization concept are as follows: traffic connection of the site with the environment, arrangement of the Željeznica riverbed, in a way that satisfies all hydrological aspects, and that, along with landscaped banks and a parterre solution with elements of urban furniture, a new relationship with the river is offered, as well as transversal landscape elements whose role is to connect the first two elements while simultaneously determining the structures of individual coverage zones. Within the boundaries of the scope of the RP "Nova Ilidža 3", the following zones have been processed: 1. Zone C 2. Zone D 3. Park Zone C represents a residential area, with a share of central facilities of 20% in the field of culture and education (e.g. kindergarten), given that this zone is in direct contact with the park, which, in addition to the recreational aspect, also provides educational facilities in nature. Zone D is a zone of individual housing. A total of 87 plots for individual buildings in 3 types have been planned. Water is an important element in this settlement. It runs linearly through all rows of houses, in the form of water channels to which each individual residential unit has access. The park was formed in the area between zone C and zone D, in which a more natural shape of the Željeznica River was planned, by forming ads, etc., so that the bank would be an integral part of the park. The park area is approximately 14.33 ha, in which there are 20 buildings intended for the function of the park, with floors from P to P1.
