Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Barica" - Phase B

The area of 34.3 ha covered by the border of the Plan, administratively belongs to the municipality of Vogošća Sarajevo, is bounded in the east by Barice Street, and the spatial unit of the RP "Barica" - Phase "A", in the west by the streets Barica, Ugorsko III, Menjak, and the spatial unit of the RP "Ugorsko - Menjak" - Phase "B", in the north by the spatial unit of the RP "Barica" - Phase "A", in the south by the street Barice. The goal of creating the Plan was the adoption of an implementation planning basis for the area, which according to the development plans is intended mainly for individual residential construction. The plan provides opportunities for new construction while maintaining existing residential construction, the construction and reconstruction of traffic infrastructure, as well as the construction of the primary and secondary network of communal and energy infrastructure, as well as the equipping of the settlement with the contents of social infrastructure capacitated for the level of the local community. Phase ''B'' of the Plan envisages that the missing capacities of central facilities at the local community level will be located on the ground floors of planned and existing individual residential buildings (smaller facilities for commercial and social activities).
