Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Apartment settlement Mrakovo I" - Ilijaš

The spatial coverage of 1.2 ha is located mostly in the Mrakovo settlement. The entire slope gravitates towards the Nijenica River. Administratively it belongs to the Ilijaš Municipality. The spatial organization concept is based on providing urban and planning prerequisites for the construction of 16 individual residential buildings, and equipping the site with the necessary network of traffic and utility infrastructure.
