The area of 31.44 ha, included in the Plan's border, is located in the northwest of the Sarajevo Canton, and administratively belongs to the Ilijaš municipality. The planning area borders the Banovac Regional Development Area in the southwest, the border runs along Novo Naselje Street in the northwest, the slope and local macadam road above the settlement in the northeast, and the Alića Gaj Regional Development Area in the southeast. The basic assumptions of the spatial organization concept are based on the following: - improving the standard and quality of life of the inhabitants of this area, by equipping it with the necessary social, communal and transport infrastructure, - forming new plots for the construction of individual residential buildings and residential and commercial buildings, while respecting ownership relations, - establishing transport connections between the settlements in the contact zone, - forming a zone of protective greenery and landscaped green areas, as well as areas for recreation, in accordance with spatial possibilities. New plots for individual residential construction were formed mostly in the northern and eastern parts of the area, where the area was mostly undeveloped. Most of the plots for the construction of individual residential and residential-commercial buildings are distributed on privately owned land, 137 of them, and 12 plots are formed on state-owned land. A total of 149 new plots are planned. 2 plots are planned for the construction of collective residential buildings, on privately owned land.
