Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Podlugovi I"

The area of 59.31 ha, included in the Plan's border, is limited to the southwest by the Sarajevo - Zenica highway, to the southeast by the spatial unit "Banovac", to the northwest by the spatial unit "Podlugovi II", to the northeast the border is parallel to the local road below the slope. The railway line Šamac - Sarajevo, along which the railway station "Podlugovi" is located, passes longitudinally through the central part of the area and divides the area into two parts. The basic assumptions of the spatial organization concept are based on the following: - maintaining the concept of the primary transport network defined by the Urban Plan of the City of Sarajevo for the urban area of Ilijaš for the period from 1986 to 2015 - remediation of the existing situation and improvement of the standard and quality of life of residents, by equipping the area with the necessary social, communal and transport infrastructure - the needs of railway traffic, i.e. the planned capacities, are defined on the basis of the specifications obtained from the Railways of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The existing single-track main railway line Šamac – Sarajevo is planned as a double-track, and the existing industrial tracks for the Ilijaš ironworks and for Misoča (which are parallel to it) are retained with the necessary movement and correction of the route in order to provide the necessary traffic and technical conditions for adding a second one. The second track is added on the eastern side of the existing track (on the left side of the existing track for the Šamac – Sarajevo direction). 8 tracks are planned in the station - achieving traffic connectivity of settlements with settlements in the contact zone, and improving pedestrian safety by solving the problem of level crossings below ground level; - forming protective green zones in accordance with spatial possibilities.
