Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Alipašin most I"

The area covered by the Regulatory Plan "Alipašin most I" is located between the X and XI transversals, the Miljacka River bed, i.e. the Northern Longitudinal route and Meše Selimović Boulevard. Administratively, it belongs to the Municipality of Novi Grad and to a lesser extent to the Municipality of Ilidža. The spatial organization of the Plan is based on the formation of a continuous functional unit, by planning attractive facilities for central activities along the primary city roads, Meše Selimović Boulevard and the X and XI transversals, while production facilities are planned in the interior of the Plan. The green belt around the existing gas station towards Meše Selimović Boulevard is arranged as a city square, with an appropriate horticultural solution, as an integral part of the green belt along this road. The location of the Miljacka River along the Northern Longitudinal corridor provides the possibility of forming an alley and a bicycle path on the north side, while a promenade is formed on the south side, downstream.
