The area of 3.4 ha, covered by the Regulatory Plan "Sports and Recreation Center Tarčin" is located on the right side of the Bjelašnica River, in the central part of the settlement of Tarčin and extends south of the main road M17. Administratively, it belongs to the Municipality of Hadžići. The spatial organization of the Plan is based on the formation of a single entity of the sports and recreation center (sports and recreational areas with facilities for sports and recreation) in most of the area, with the treatment of the recorded building stock. Within the sports and recreation center, the following are planned: a football field 95x50m with bleachers, a tennis court 20x40m, a universal field (football, basketball and handball) 45x24m, basketball courts 16x30m, 16x16m, children's playgrounds and sandy areas, a rest and socialization area, as well as two facilities for sports and recreation: a facility that will combine the function entrance control, administration, information, etc. and a facility for the purpose of gathering and catering. Considering that the regulation of water flow with the coastal zone is planned, the possibility of planning a promenade along the river itself is open.
