The area of 48.3 ha included in the Plan's border is limited to the north by the Misoča River, to the northwest by the Bosna River, to the southwest by the Vc Highway corridor, while the northeastern border is partly formed by the Sarajevo - Zenica railway. A conceptual solution and spatial organization have been proposed, taking into account the elements of the higher-level plan that define this area as zones planned for the development of economic activities (business and small businesses) - work zones and zones planned for housing development. 50 new construction plots intended for the construction of commercial facilities have been planned. The distribution of individual residential and residential-commercial facilities is given within three spatial units. New construction is planned in already built residential groups (interpolation) and to a lesser extent on vacant areas. The plan foresees 85 new plots for the construction of new residential and residential-commercial facilities.
