Utility facilities are considered to be: water supply network, sewage network, electricity network and network of electrical lines for traffic needs, hot water and steam supply network, telecommunications network, gas network, oil pipeline network, salt water network and drainage network with associated facilities (tunnels, shelters, underground passages and garages, basements and the like) that serve as utility facilities. Data from the utility cadastre must be used in planning and spatial development and in the design and execution of construction and other works. During the survey, the following data on the devices are collected: material, length, diameter of the lines, system designation, material of the lines, voltage, dimensions of the channels, etc. For all the listed devices, the year of installation of the lines, the user of the utility facility and the way in which the installations were discovered before the geodetic survey are determined, if possible. Access to data from the utility cadastre is permitted to administrative bodies, institutions, public enterprises and other organizations only for official purposes, unless a special regulation provides otherwise for individual data. Access is only carried out in official premises and in the presence of an authorized person of the competent administrative body. The Sarajevo Canton Construction Institute, at the level of the Sarajevo Canton, is obliged, upon request of an interested party, to issue a transcript or copy of the utility cadastre data, unless otherwise specified for certain data by a special regulation. A fee is payable for the use of the utility cadastre data.
