Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Bosnić polje"

The area of 8.3 ha, covered by the Regulatory Plan "Bosnić Polje", is defined in the northwest, north and northeast by the M17 Sarajevo-Mostar highway, in the east by the entrance to Hadžići, and in the south by the regulated riverbed of the Zujevina River, Vihrice, and Anđelka Lažetića Street. Administratively, it belongs to the Municipality of Hadžići. The spatial organization of the Plan is based on the formation of a continuous functional unit, in such a way that the missing capacities of central facilities at the local community level are located on the ground floor of the planned residential and business buildings, as well as smaller facilities of commercial and service activities in order to meet the needs for social infrastructure both within the observed locality and in contact areas. The proposed solution plans the construction of a total of 37 new buildings, of which: 5 residential buildings, 9 residential and business buildings of collective housing, 30 residential and business buildings, 3 business buildings.
