Metadata Details: Regulatory plan "Stari Ilijaš"

The area of 67.10 ha, included in the Plan's border, is limited to the north by the regional road Semizovac - Visoko, from the intersection in front of the Orthodox church to the bridge on the Misoča River, where the border separates from the road and includes facilities southeast of the regional road, to the northeast the border continues to follow the regional road Semizovac - Visoko, i.e. includes the slope above the road, to the south by the planned regulation of the Bosna River bed and the bridge on the Bosna River, to the southwest by the spatial unit "Luke", the route of the Sarajevo - Zenica railway and the spatial unit included in the PDI "Bosna" Regulatory Plan. The basic principles of the concept of spatial organization of the area are as follows: - respecting the existing condition to the maximum extent possible - a major limiting factor in planning the area in question - i.e. remediation of the existing condition - planning of residential buildings in the individual housing zone - planning of expanding the capacities of existing economic entities - arranging the banks of the regulated watercourses of the Misoča and Bosna rivers with pedestrian and bicycle paths, planting vegetation, with the installation of urban equipment in accordance with spatial possibilities, in order to turn this natural heritage towards residents and contribute to a more pleasant living space - the development of an urban project in the area planned for the expansion of the Stari Ilijaš cemetery is planned.
