The spatial unit with an area of 21 ha, included in the Plan border, is located in the administrative territory of the Ilijaš municipality, directly next to the Sarajevo - Tuzla main road, encompassing parts of the Ljubina and Rača river valleys in the Srednje settlement. The spatial organization is largely conditioned by the position of regulated watercourses, the main road and the route of the main gas pipeline. Taking into account the above limitations, three functional units have been formed: housing, commercial-service administrative center and sports-recreation center. Since the Crnoriječka plateau with the protected area of Bijambara is located nearby, which represents significant tourist potential, the Srednje site opens up the possibility of creating facilities that will also serve the function of the tourist offer.
