Applications reviewed by the ARD for compliance with the legal basis of planning and territorial plans according to their hierarchy as well as with sectoral legislation updated on 20.04.2021, which regulates and limits developments in the territory. The information was submitted by the Territorial Development Agency, with the letter, no. 1269/1 prot. dated 22.04.2021. The data are in conformity with the standard with the Council of Ministers No. 998, dated 09.12.2020 On the Approval of the Document “State Standards for Technical Specifications of Geospatial Information in Albania - Topic: Urban Infrastructure and Government Services”.

The Agency for Territorial Development, AZHT, performs the functions of the technical secretariat of the National Council for Territorial Development, KKT. In this context, the Agency reviews the technical-legal documentation of applications for Development/Construction Permits, which according to Law No. 107/2014, “On Territorial Planning and Development”, as amended, and the sub-legal acts implementing it, are carried out through the electronic permit system, on the e-Albania portal.
