The Agency for Territorial Development, AZHT, performs the functions of the technical secretariat of the National Council of Territoriality, KKT. In this context, the Agency accepts technical-legal documentation for review and approval by the National Council of Territoriality. The National Council of Territoriality, as the national authority for territorial planning and development, approves decisions on developments in the territory. AZHT, after disclosing these decisions, publishes them on its official website and updates the data in its official WebGIS in order to increase transparency with the public.
