The data is part of the General Local Plan which is used for planning purposes and is not part of the State Standard for Technical Specifications of Geospatial Information in Albania. The AKPT drafts, co-drafts and coordinates the processes of drafting territorial planning documents, and ensures coordination between territorial planning authorities, both horizontally (between central government institutions) and vertically (between local and central institutions).
