Metadata Details: Register of Investment Locations

The web application of the Register of Investment Locations unites the standardized data of local self-government for greenfield, greyfield and brownfield locations in order to improve the business climate in the Republic of Serbia by enabling potential investors greater accessibility and more efficient search of investment locations by various filters.
The dataset of the Register of Investment Locations contains: location code, location name, status, planned land use, location type code, update date code, jls_name, jls_registration number, link to the detailed page on RIL, link to planning document and geometry.
The Register of Investment Locations is defined by the Law on Planning and Construction as a subsystem of the National Infrastructure of Geospatial Data in order to monitor the situation in space in accordance with the regulations governing the field of national infrastructure of geospatial data.

The Register of Investment Locations was created as part of the project "Improving the business climate in the Republic of Serbia", which was implemented by the Geodetic Survey of the Republic of Serbia, together with the Swedish Agency for International Development and Cooperation SIDA and the Swedish Agency for Cartography, Cadastre and Land Registration Lantmäteriet.
Local self-government units, using the data collection tool, entering data for planned investment locations.
Local self-government units have the option of using the working environment of the Investment Locations Register system. In the working environment, they can test the appearance and organization of their data before publication and check their quality.
