Metadata Details: Records of identified changes on objects

Records of identified changes on objects includes information about changes of objects on the territory of the Republic of Serbia (except for the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija) caused by construction, upgrading or removing on the field, compared to registred from Real Estate Cadastre, which are collected based on available spatial data sources.

In accordance with the Law on State Survey and Cadastre, in order to ensure the up-to-dateness of the real estate cadastre, RGA monitors changes in real estate ex officio.
Using orthophoto data obtained on the basе of satellite аcquisition from epochs 2015-2016 and 2020-2021 and aerial photogrammetric acquisition from earlier epochs (2007-2010 and 2011-2013) and real estate cadastre data, presence of new objects that are not registered in the real estate cadastre is determined, as well as changes caused by the construction, extension or removal on the ground of buildings registered in the Real Estate Cadastre.
Validity of the data set has been confirmed and is in accordance with the Law on State Survey on Cadastre and Rulebook of records of identified changes on objects.
