The project "Study of Improving Water Protection in the Kolubara River Basin" lasted from 2015 to 2018. The result was the definition of flood zones in the Kolubara River Basin with tributaries from four different segments. (Q100), millennial waters (Q100), reconstruction of the flood wave from 2014 as well as phase 2 within the reconstruction of the flood wave from 2014. The study was prepared by the Institute of Water Management "Jaroslav Černi", commissioned by UNDP in the first two phases in cooperation with the Office for Aid and Reconstruction of Flooded Areas of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, with the financial assistance of the Government of Japan, while for the third phase he is the client of WPMC "Srbijavode".
