For the classification of land according to its suitability in the legal aspect, it is based on the instruction No. 7, dated 10.05.2010 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Consumer Protection on “Creation of Information on Agricultural Land” and the Order No. 107, dated 27.03.2009 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Consumer Protection and the Ministry of Interior “On the approval of the data content of the Agricultural Land Register and some other categories of resources”. Regarding the methodological aspect, it is based on the “Assessment of the Suitability of Agricultural Land for Albania” and the “Procedures for the Observation of Soil and Agricultural Land” drafted by EU experts during the implementation of the Land Use Policy, Second Phase project.
